Engagement model

One engagement: build, staff, operate.

Most businesses buy software, hiring and operations from three different providers, then coordinate all three themselves. EntireOps delivers them as one engagement, led by one accountable operator, on a one-year contract.

The three stages

Each stage builds on the previous one. Start at stage 1 with a new product, or at stage 2 if your application already exists.

Stage 1 — Build the product

We develop your custom application or MVP, or extend the application you already have, to your requirements.

Development is a single charged line, priced for small and medium business budgets rather than enterprise budgets.

Support & ticketing

Stage 2 — Staff the team

We augment the team your product needs — developers, support, deployment and planning roles — sized to your current stage.

An early-stage product may need two full-stack developers and a small support team. The team grows as your user base grows. Staff augmentation is charged by role.

Stage 3 — Run the operation

We set up the systems the team runs on — project management, HRMS and payroll on the Zoho suite — document the SOPs, and coordinate the team until it operates as a unit.

We take responsibility for reaching an operational team within 6–12 months. Operations setup is currently included as a value add.

Team composition by stage

Your team is sized to your current stage. You don't pay for a full professional-services team before you need one.

Stage 1

New company

No product live yet.

MVP development.

Stage 2

Early traction

First users signed up or committed.

A small support team and two full-stack developers.

Stage 3

Scaling

Users across many customer workspaces.

Support and ticketing, sales, and deployment specialists.

Stage 4

Heavy operations

Significant operational load.

Full professional services: DevOps, cloud, support, feature planning and release management.

Why deployment becomes a dedicated role

With 25 customers on separate workspaces, every new feature must be tested in each customer's configuration before release. At that point a deployment specialist protects both the release schedule and your customer base.

What's charged and what's included

This is a pricing framework, not a price list. Costs depend on what we build and which roles you need; we scope both with you on the first call.

Operations setup

What's included:

  • Project management, HRMS and payroll on Zoho
  • Documented SOPs
  • Ongoing team coordination
  • Responsibility for an operational team within 6–12 months

Operations setup is currently included as a value add. Any future change to that model will not affect a signed contract.

Why an operated team fits an SMB budget

An operated product team is normally an enterprise purchase. The salary difference between a US hire and our delivery team makes it viable for a small or medium business.

Bars show the shape of the argument, not a quote. We price on the call.

The cost advantage is structural. Our delivery team costs a fraction of an equivalent US hire — and EntireOps recruits, coordinates and operates that team, so you are not managing it yourself.
